Virtual support not cutting it? Prefer in person interaction? If you are local to Saint John NB I can provide in person sessions in a setting of your choice. Walk in the park or on a trail, grab a coffee, sit on a park bench, or have tea on your porch. Whatever feels most comfortable for you.
